Gina Tricot’s Sparkling Hot. One of the best autumn polishes 😀

Circus!
Cult Nails’ orange toned red shimmer Annalicious is the base for a manicure that reminds me of the circus or an amusement park 🙂 I used Innisfree’s glitter 107 with its mix of bar and hex glitter in a multitude of colors for the sloppy gradient.
For once I’m actually posting a NOTD; I’m wearing this to work today!
Cult Nails’ Annalicious
The first to be swatched (and worn for two days… hence the tip wear) from my haul from Cult Nails is Annalicious. It is such a lovely shimmery orange based red full with red and golden shimmer.
It was a dream to use; easy to apply, fully opaque at two generous coats and dried very fast.
As you can see it was hard to photograph accuratelythough; the two first pictures are showing the color with way too much blue in it and the three other pictures are a tad too orange. A mix of them would give a fair representation of the lovely color.
Foil me once…

Butter London’s Pillar Box Red
Revlon’s Ruby Ribbon
As mentioned before I found Revlon’s Ruby Ribbon in a clearance bin and decided to try it out despite my hestitation about the color itself being a bit… old. Ruby Ribbon is a dark ruby red shimmer that dries to a satiny matte finish. Application wise this polish was flawless; went on like butter, opaque at three thin coats and it did dry a little bit slower than other mattes in my experience.
The last picture is taken with a top coat on.
Revlon’s Fire Fox
Revlon’s Fire Fox is a bright cherry red with red and pinkish shimmer that dries matte. As usual with matte polish application was exemplary; it went on precise and like butter, needed three thin coats for opacity and dried a bit slow for a matte.
I like the color a lot and somehow they managed to make a matte polish look juicy… And as far as I know there are few bright reds like this in my stash 🙂
Wet N Wild’s Under Your Spell
Wet N Wild’s Under Your Spell is another blackened red shimmer. I really love the deep red hue of the shimmer in this one 🙂
UYS is very sheer compared to other similar polishes and needed about four coats to be fully opaque and give enough depth to the color. Application was flawless despite the sheerness and it dried reasonably fast.
